Wedding Reception Package, 4 hrs
Comprehensive DJ/MC package ideal for the majority of wedding receptions to cover cocktail hour (if applicable), dinner, dancing and traditional wedding activities such as cake cutting, first dances, bouquet and garter toss, etc. Includes comprehensive and customized consultation. A dance floor lighting system if applicable for your event is included.
Weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun)------------------------$600
Wedding Ceremony & Reception Package, 6 hrs
Includes the above Reception Package PLUS equipment and services for the wedding ceremony (ceremony and reception are co-located within same venue/area*) Includes additional/second ceremony sound system, wireless lapel microphones, onsite assistance for ceremony, and ceremony music or interface to live musicians.
Weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun)-------------------------$800
Additional Time (advance)
$100 per hour - Extend any package, in 1/2 hour increments.
$150 per hour - To extend any package on the spot! Done in 1/2 hour increments (*depending on availibility.)
All prices for lighting, A/V and other enhancements are assumed to be in conjunction with DJ Packages. See below for "Lighting Only" prices.
$300 - Add elegant and eye-pleasing uplighting to your room or event center. Lighting shed up walls, columns or spotted onto a specific area will bring a beautiful and stimulating feel to your event - all to make it better! $25 each additional fixture.
Starting at $500 - Highly customize your uplighting experience by synchronizing lights together and computer programming their effects. Final price depends on complexity.
$150-200 each - depending on size & complexity. Light Trees are used to "wash" lighting onto a particular area.
All gobo monogram projection packages include Design Services at no charge.
Additional Delivery, Setup and Pickup charges will likely apply for events requiring lighting or similar services only, without DJ packages. These range between $75 - $250 depending on quantity and complexity of arrangement. Most standard Uplighting and Gobo/Monogram systems are in the $100-150 range.
Upgraded Dance Floor Lighting System
Starting at $200-1,000 per Event
All packages come with a standard dance floor lighting systems. If you would like enhanced lighting for special effects it is highly recommended that the lighting system be upgraded to include additional fixtures, intelligent club style lighting, etc.
Second Sound System
$150 per Event
An additional Pro Audio PA sound system + Custom Music for second area of sound – typical for larger cocktail hours, additional rooms of music, special shows, etc.
Upgraded Sound System / Subwoofer units
$200-$500 per Event
All packages come with a professional stage sound systems designed for weddings and corporate events. In order to ensure a quality sound environment for you and your guests for large parties (>200 people,) it is required to reinforce the sound system with additional components. For parties larger than 400 people, a custom quote must be provided.
Corporate or Private Party/MC Package
This 4 hour package is ideal for the majority of holiday parties and corporate events. It assumes about two hours of cocktail hour and dinner segments, followed by two hours of dancing, and MC'ing activities and other related activities.

Outdoor Parties & Picnics (Daytime, ending by 4pm)
This 4 hour package is ideal for the majority of outdoor picnics, parties or outdoor public events. Included are main sound systems, wireless & qty 3 wired microphones (perfect for bands) and giveaways, announcements, etc.
